What is BaZi?+
BaZi, also called the Four Pillars of Destiny, is a traditional Chinese metaphysics system that considers the year, month, day, and hour of birth as a symbolic chart for reflection.
What information is needed?+
A reading normally needs a birth date, birth time if known, and birthplace. Birth time should be recorded in the local time at the place of birth so a practitioner can review time-zone and daylight-saving context.
What if I don't know my birth time?+
You may still request a reading. Some chart details and timing analysis can be limited when the time is unknown or approximate.
Are paid readings generated by AI?+
No. The paid service is a real practitioner’s private text conversation. The follow-up report is also prepared from that conversation by the practitioner or Operations team, with human review.
How does the real-time consultation work?+
After payment and complete details are confirmed, your practitioner opens a private text conversation in the order portal. You can reply there and continue the consultation. The written report is prepared after the conversation, usually within 24–48 hours.
How long does a reading take?+
The paid service takes place in the private text conversation. Once the conversation ends, the follow-up report is normally added within 24–48 hours. Missing details, weekends, and public holidays can pause the report timing.
Can I submit another person’s birth details?+
Only when you have the authority to provide them for the stated purpose. The booking flow requests an explicit confirmation for a partner, family member, or another person.
Are readings private?+
Birth details and questions are intended solely for service delivery. The final data retention schedule and deletion request contact will be published before bookings open.
Can I get a refund?+
Refund terms depend on whether the real-time consultation has begun and will be shown before payment. The current test checkout does not create a live commercial charge.
Is this medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice?+
No. Readings are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and entertainment. Consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency matters.
